For the walk-in box, Kolpak places the model/serial number plate inside the box on the door frame opposite the door hinges. The refrigeration unit has a separate serial plate located on top of the condensing-unit cover and another inside the cover above the condenser fan motor. 

Note: Kolpak advises against using the serial number from a Heatcraft-labeled evaporator when requesting Kolpak equipment information.
